In-kind Donations

"They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need."

- Acts 2:45 -

Our founder Ps Mike and his wife Ibu Sintha make regular visits in a year to Tomorrow's Hope to check on the welfare of the children. They can bring donated items that benefit them. Some of the in-kind donations we're looking for are:

Used Laptops

There's more than one way to give back to community and the rural poor. We're collecting 2nd hand laptops that can still perform basic functions like run web browsers - so the children can use Google Docs, Sheets and Slides for their increasingly online homework.

There are currently only 2 laptops shared among the older children.

Stationery

Novelty items are a rarity in Nias. Anything that is functional is welcome, like stationery. And additionally if it is aesthetically pleasing, it appeals to the kids and helps spark a little bit of joy to their difficult and uncertain world.

Farming Equipment

If you have farming equipment like chainsaws, shovel heads, axes, pitchfork heads, grass cutters, mulching machines etc, shipping or manually moving the equipment to the orphanage can be arranged. Alternatively, you may sponsor the purchase of these equipment so that it can be acquired in Medan or at Nias, depending on its availability.

Spectacles

Opticians or optometrists are welcome to visit on-site to help children acquire their first pair of glasses. Alternatively, you may sponsor the purchase of spectacles so the needy children can have one fitted at an optometrist in town.

I'd like to make in-kind donations or sponsor items

Thanks for submitting!
